As proof of its commitment to quality and respect for the environment, GRUPO PLANIFICACIONES MUNDIALES has obtained the certificate for its Integrated Management System awarded by the Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance.

This certificate is evidence of the acknowledgement and prestige, within the International Community, of a company whose business is to offer a wide range of services and products on the real-estate market (hotels, residential complexes and industrial premises); on the market of the renewable energy (wind power, solar, biomass, geothermal and hydraulic energy, waste treatment, etc.)

GRUPO PLANIFICACIONES MUNDIALES aims at being a leader as a model company engaged in property development in the geographical areas where they operate. With a view to this, and as a mean to being able to attain this goal, they have development and certification of an Integrated Management System based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2008 and UNE-E ISO 14001:2004.

Their activities promote social and environmental improvements in the areas in which they operate, integrating into the social reality with the aim of becoming a business group of reference, beyond the aspect of financial results, in each of the countries in which they do business.

GRUPO PLANIFICACIONES MUNDIALES has developed an Integrated Management System for Quality and Environment that aims at preventing any impact from their activities and constructions on the surrounding area, in accordance with the ISO14001:2004 standards. One of the requirements necessary for the Environmental Management System to comply with the standards cited, is to have an Environmental Policy.

This environmental policy of GRUPO PLANIFICACIONES MUNDIALES is to make a global statement of its intentions and principles regarding its general environmental performance, that will provide a framework for its activities and for setting its objectives and goals in respect of the environment.
To this end, their policy has not been drawn up as an isolated issue, but it forms part of the day-to-day management practice of the group, with the objective of achieving overall improvements in environmental performance.
