Description

The CHOROK TARFAYA commercial and services facility centre is a large industrial and commercial centre which is going to turn into the nerve center of business and services for a wide area which is now under development.

There is a main entrance from the general road (Pan-African road) which gains access to a large boulevard (34 meters avenue). It will be the major road that will divided the project in two phases.

The first phase will be developed in a 300.000 m2 area and the second one will have 260.000 m2.

It will comprise warehouses, department stores and hypermarket. Both leisure and accomodation facilities are assured by the creation of 5* hotel and casino.

This project is completed by a petrol station, craft-market and green rest areas.

The CHOROK TARFAYA commercial and services facility centre is located at less than 4 kilometers from Tarfaya, en El Aaiún-Bojador-Sakia El Hamra region;  region that extends on a surface of almost 140.000 m2.

The city of Tarfaya,  known in the early days as Bens village, is a port in the south coast of Morocco, in front of the Canary Islands.

The city of Tarfaya is located at less than 100 kilometers from El Aaiún and at less than 98 kilometers from the Island of Fuerteventura.
